The circular vibrating screen from Shenyang Sanland Mining Engineering Co., Ltd. uses single-shaft eccentric excitation, four-point spring support, belt drive from the motor and a double-deck woven mesh. In a circular-motion screen, the exciter is a single shaft carrying eccentric weights; as it turns, the box travels in a circular path. Material is thrown up and carried forward along the inclined deck while stratifying by size: fines pass through the apertures as undersize, coarse particles discharge at the end. The circular throw keeps material turning over on the deck, which reduces pegging and blinding, and suits aggregate grading, scalping and dewatering.

Several structural details matter. The side plates are cut as single pieces, with ribs and flanges welded on, and the bearing bores are line-bored in one setup so both ends stay coaxial. The counterweights on either side of the exciter are adjustable, so the stroke can be set to suit the material and throughput. Four coil springs support the box, keeping vibration within the screen and the dynamic load on the foundation low.

After welding, the box is stress-relieved and then machined as a unit. On assembly the screen is run without load, with bearing temperature rise, stroke and running noise checked, and the deck re-checked for flatness after tensioning to prevent secondary vibration in service. All of this work is carried out in Sanland's own shops.
